Doodling is a great way to process and communicate thoughts, ideas, and emotions. It’s all about the exercise, and not about the finished product (although with enough repetition you will develop muscle memory that helps you create doodles that people will consider “art”). Focusing on the process helps doodlers let go of perfect outcomes . . . . because the process is perfect.
